mcnitt.io is the marketing and portfolio website of McNitt LLC, which provides AI implementation and software consulting services. Everything on it is informational. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first.

Sending a message through the contact form, emailing us, or talking to the chat assistant does not create a consulting relationship and does not create a duty of confidentiality. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement governs the work.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information before such an agreement is in place.

TrentAI is an automated assistant built on a third-party large language model. Its answers can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and you should not rely on them.

Nothing the assistant says binds McNitt LLC. Statements about scope, availability, timelines, pricing, or commitments are binding only in a signed written agreement. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or another party’s confidential information to the assistant.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, message limits, or other protective measures.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract content from the site by automated means without written permission.
• Use the chat assistant to generate unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, or to attack or extract the underlying model or its instructions.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

We may restrict or block access to the site at any time, without notice, to anyone who does any of the above.

The content, design, text, graphics, and code of this site are owned by McNitt LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share the site for your own personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission.

Open-source projects linked from this site are governed by their own licenses in their own repositories, not by these terms.

Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used to illustrate the platforms we build integrations for, and their presence does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or partnership.

The site links to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, McNitt LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, McNitt LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This section does not apply to work performed under a signed written agreement; that agreement has its own terms.

We may update these terms. When we do, the “last updated” date at the top changes, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
